Owen Bailey鈥痠s the Director of Land Use and Policy at Eastern Shore Land Conservancy. He teaches and speaks regularly on sustainable development, including a two-week course on鈥疭ustainable Communities鈥痺ith the Institute for Adult Learning and a Lunch and Learn at 蜜桃传媒. Owen frequently presents at planning commission and council meetings as Chair of the Eastern Shore Regional Trails Steering Committee and Partners for Open Space, and serves as Vice-Chair on the Chestertown Planning Commission.
