Salad Dressing

    Enhance flavor and increase absorption of fat-soluble vitamins using healthy oil condiments.

    Ingredients

    • ½ cup extra virgin olive oil or avocado oil
    • 3 tbsp vinegar, kombucha, whey, or lemon juice
    • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
    • ¼ tsp salt

    Supplies

    • 1-pint or -quart mason jar 

    Method

    Stir till oil is well mixed or emulsified, and use immediately. Enjoy!

    Follow basic recipe. Add ½ cup fresh herbs such as dill, basil, tarragon, parsley, or aromatic wild greens like beebalm, garlic mustard, or wild onion.

    Creamy Cultured Dressing

    Follow basic recipe. Add kefir cheese or crème fraîche to desired thickness.
