Talbot House
Talbot House is a part of the Quad, which is made up of Cecil, Talbot, and Dorchester.
Talbot is configured to accommodate four three-person suites and two six-person suites each with their own common room. It is not accessible in any of the entrances or exits. There is no elevator. Talbot has tile floors in the hallways, bedrooms, and common rooms. The internet is wireless, and Talbot Hall has central AC and heating.
Room Types
There are 24 single rooms with a few large rooms that are converted to doubles in times of high occupancy. Room sizes vary. Singles are typically 7x10 or 8x10.
Bathrooms
Each suite has 3 rooms assigned to a shared a bathroom with 1 shower, 1 toilet, and 2 sinks.
Detailed Hall Information
Talbot is a semi-suite style hall. Most rooms are single rooms. There are a few larger rooms that are used as doubles in times of high occupancy. There are 3 rooms assigned to a shared bathroom and a common room. Some suites have 6 rooms sharing a common room.
The laundry room for Talbot Hall is located on the first floor, in a room off of the
central lounge. Laundry is included in the room rate. No id or coins are needed to
operate machines.
A large central lounge connects the two wings on the first floor. There are limited kitchenette facilities in some suites.
